- Pressure testing for leakages of components and assemblies
- Dimensional verification of components /assembly
- Helium leak test by approved agency for bellows to cryogenic applications
- Identification of raw material by mechanical/chemical analysis in approved laboratory
- Surface defects/weld integrity checks by liquid penetrate examination before & after cold work
- Magnetic practice & ultrasonic test by approved third party agency
- Performance valuation cum destructive (type tests like cycle life) squirm, yield rapture.

Infrastructure
All our achievements are because of the kind of infrastructural
facilities that we have today. Our proper infrastructure is the basic
foundation, backing on which we are manufacturing such quality
products. We have a well equipped manufacturing unit spread over a
large area. All the requisite machineries, equipment and tools are
there at our disposal. The entire setup is managed by our team of
experts, who possess rich industrial experience in the domain. They
make efficient use of all the machines and other resources to
manufacture the zero defect Beveling Transmission, Crawlers Beveling
Bends, Hinged Bellows, Single Axial Bellows, Gimbal Bellows etc.
With
our strong infrastructure, we have acquired high production rate that
is sufficient enough to easily complete all the orders within the set
time. We also have a spacious warehouse facility for the proper and
systematic storing of our products. It is a moisture and temperature
controlled warehouse and also well connected to different places
through rail and road routes.

ideas in our manufacturing process, our R&D department keep
researching about the raw material, technologies, upcoming trends and
